3.          Bright Internet Services Derives income from banner advertisements and alike on the website, and does not in any way pay any derived income to the copyright holder (artist)

4.          You take full and 100% ownership over the works provided by you on the site, and accept and undertake full responsibility for any breach of any laws. In Australia and world wide. 

5.          If you win any competition on the freemp3.com.au website, you agree that Bright Internet Services reserves the right to retain any prize if it is found that you won by fraudulent means including but not limited to voting for yourself more than once per track.

6.          Radio stations may play your music on their regular playlists, and by listing your music on our site you are hereby allowing any radio station to play your music totally free.

 

Bright internet services, will by no way directly sell your music or information to anyone and whilst we understand and respect your privacy we realize that by listing your data in any public place may cause that data to be used maliciously and for that we take no responsibility. 

 

 

 Your music must be in mp3 format preferably at a minimum bit rate of 128 kbps
